Here’s how we handle information you choose to send when you contact us.
What information we receive
When you send an enquiry, we receive your contact details, job description, preferred date and any photos you attach. Our website uses FormSubmit to process the form and forward it to our email inbox. If you choose WhatsApp, your message opens there for you to review and send.
How we use it
SMC uses the information you send to reply to your enquiry, arrange visits, provide quotes and deliver the requested plumbing or heating service.
Other services
FormSubmit, email, WhatsApp and website hosting are provided by third parties. FormSubmit retains form submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submissions archive. Read FormSubmit’s privacy notice for details of its processing.
Your choices
